Today I followed my colleagues to Empire Shopping Gallery for lunch. It was a great experience. My colleagues wanted to do some market shopping so we went to El Fresco Italian Restaurant. It's inside Jaya Grocer so we have our lunch plus shopping. The concept of this restaurant is kinda interesting, we can either choose from their menu or if you don't like it choose your own main course from the butcher and request the chefs to cook. The cooking is free, all you gotta pay is the price of the main course chosen. The drinks and side dish is of course optional. I bought a piece of sirloin from the butcher and accompanied it with mix vegetable as side dish, I told the chef I want it medium rare and it was great. How can I miss having coffee with sirloin, so I got myself a cup of latte. The bill was MYR 28.25. It's rather pricey for lunch but if you wish to have an interesting meal experience, it's worth trying. Second visit is definitely gonna happen :)
