I'm trying to do my assignment but I couldn't concentrate at all. I'm so disturbed and frustrated all because of last night.
Last night was Christmas Eve, wasn't thinking of celebrating it but somehow someone ask to go out so why not since I'm free. But there was 2 things I heard during the outing that put my mood down to the drain. Hope I got it covered well. Right now I'm kinda worried... and uncertain... and disturbed... and down...!! (>_<!). And I feel like crying of frustration (T^T)

Just cry out loud...Tears are meant to drop, not keep...It brings no benefits for your body...Release it when it should...Try drop it while showering, let the tears flow with water and contribute it to the sea and lake...
Sometimes a single word will affect our emotion, but take it as a learning process lo...although I dont know what you had heard la...cheer up, life still long, we may not know how much more we can hear but try how to bring up back your emotion everytime you've heard things that bring you down...no one can cheer us up unless we know how to cheer up ourselves 1st...
Actually is easy to say but hard to achieve la...hahahahaha
